Tender slices of rib-eye and chicken grilled whit mushrooms,,squash,mexican onion and nopal (cactus).marinated in a green salsa covered with chihuahua cheese.served in a traditional "molcajete" stone grinding bowl.served with rice,beans,guacamole salad and tortillas.
